We encourage you to request an appointment online by clicking on the green or purple buttons above. If you prefer, call us at (908) 665-0333. If you are booking for a child, please indicate his/her age so we can determine if the children's room or the adult room would best suit their needs. There is a notes section online where you can ask questions.
If you schedule online, a new browser window will open and you will see the MINDBODY scheduler. To utilize this system, you need to create a username and password. You will be asked to fill in contact information.
Before your first appointment date, please print out the Client Info Sheet and the Waiver documents (links below). Fill them out and bring the originals with you. Review the Policies and Etiquette document as well. You do not need to print or sign it.

One waiver must be filled out for each person. Parents/guardians of a child under 18 must sign for their child. For multiple family members with the same last name and household information, you may fill out one Client Info Sheet.
